In a move to boost sales in the post peak season, Shandong SEM Machinery (SEM) recently organized a facility tour for 140 existing and potential customers. The event turned out to be a big success that allowed the Qingzhou-based facility to get a deeper understanding of local customer needs, and capture new sales opportunities.
Accompanied by SEM dealer staff, the customer group met with SEM leaders, toured the workshops, test drove SEM machines, and attended a customer appreciation lunch.
"I was very much impressed by your facility and the sincerity of SEM employees. With this facility tour, now I have much more confidence in SEM products than ever. I already own 4 SEM soil compactors and plan to buy more machines in the future," said a customer from Rizhao City.
Deeply impressed with the SEM manufacturing process and quality control, the visitors placed orders on site for 25 units of wheel loaders and 2 units of soil compactors, and expressed interest to purchase additional 32 machines.
With the encouraging news, the SEM team is determined to continue to increase sales and market share for the rest of the year, despite the end of the traditional peak season which usually lasts from March to May.
